Determined to help him get his groove back, Gabby and Pandy take him on a musical search through the Dollhouse. And in Kitty Fairy's garden, the fairy-riffic fairground is transformed for The Fairy Festival! At the festival, Gabby and Pandy meet an excitable little fairy named Luli-loo, who joins them as they explore the festival.
